Terms and Conditions
1. PRICES – Prices are subject to change at any time.
2. TERMS OF PAYMENT – Payment must be received in full before any products will be dispatched. Payment must clear into our bank facility before any item is dispatched. You may be contacted if your payment fails our security checks and this will delay the dispatch further.
3. TITLE - Title to the goods does not pass to the purchaser until the goods have been paid for in full.
4. VAT - All prices listed are inclusive of VAT.
5. DAMAGE OR SHORTAGE - If any of the product contents are damaged during transit, please let us know and return the goods. We will despatch a replacement or refund your credit card, at our discretion. Notification of damage or shortages must be made to B-Fit Supplements as soon as possible and certainly within 7 days of receipt of goods. Notification of non-delivery must be made within 14 days of invoice date.
6. AVAILABILITY - All goods offered are subject to availability.
7. RETURNS – If for some reason you are unsatisfied with the product(s) we send you, then you can return them within 14 days, provided they are unopened and unused, for a full refund. In the unlikely event you receive the wrong product please inform us immediately and we will despatch the correct product the same day.
You can cancel your order by emailing sales@b-fitsupplements.co.uk and provided your order has not been despatched, we will consequently refund your credit card with the full amount. If the goods have already been despatched then return them to us unopened and unused within 14 days of receiving them and we will refund your credit card.
8. CONFIRMATION OF CONTRACT – A confirmation e-mail will be sent upon acceptance of a contract of sale. This is only possible when a valid e-mail has been submitted with your order. Should you fail to receive a ‘Confirmation of Order’ e-mail after submitting your order please email sales@b-fitsupplements.co.uk quoting as much information as possible about your order and we will endeavour to reply to you within a short space of time.
9. ITEMS OUT OF STOCK – Should an item be out of stock we will email you to ask if you wish to wait for the estimated time of arrival or to cancel your order.
